We design and implement effective MEL systems. Edvise ME endeavors to change the perspective of local organizations towards monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting by establishing monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) systems. The objective is to enhance comprehension regarding the purpose of monitoring, what aspects are being measured, and how it benefits the organization and beneficiaries. Additionally, Edvise ME conducts baseline, midline, and endline evaluations to facilitate program design and implementation.
Edvise ME conducts program and project evaluations through a systemic process of assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and sustainability of a program or project. The evaluations provide insight into the project, identify strengths and weaknesses, and suggest ways to improve its outcomes.
Edvise ME supports organizations to become Learning Organizations by embedding data-driven decision-making into their core operations and conducting external Program Evaluations.
Edvise ME’s work is based on a strong understanding of the practical dimensions of national education systems. We are actively involved and engaged in all stages that promote systems and policy reform.
